Do the packages expire or have a subscription cost?
No! Our packages never expire. Once purchased, you can use the speed cameras on your vehicle forever. It’s a one-time purchase, and the speed cameras will always be yours.
You can choose to buy an updated package later to stay up to date with the latest speed camera alerts across Italy.
Is the procedure difficult?
No! Our guide allows you to install the speed cameras on your Mercedes by yourself, without any technical knowledge. It’s basically just a "copy-paste" operation into a regular USB stick, which you then insert into the car.
Does installing the speed cameras void the warranty?
Absolutely NOT! Your warranty is safe!
The display of third-party POIs on Mercedes MBUX systems is natively supported by the system itself. The procedure does not modify your car or the MBUX system; it simply displays the speed cameras on the map as regular points of interest.
If I can’t do it, can I contact you or get a refund?
Of course, you can contact us via email or the dedicated chat and we’ll provide all the support you need to solve any issues.
Refunds are not mandatory, as this is a digital product with instant download availability. However, if you really can't complete the process or bought it by mistake, contact us and provide a video proof of your good faith — we’ll be happy to offer a refund if warranted.
Which Mercedes models are compatible?

Which USB sticks are compatible?
Generally, any USB stick should work. Try using one you already have. Avoid using very old or very slow ones. You might need an adapter to connect the USB stick to your car.
If you need to buy one, we recommend this model, which features both the classic USB Type-A port for any computer and the USB Type-C port required to connect to your Mercedes.
What are the shipping times for physical products (USB sticks, chargers, etc)?
Delivery times from the moment of purchase usually range between 7 and 21 days. All shipments are trackable.
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can manage your subscription directly from your personal account area. Log in to your account from the menu (“Account” section) and click the green "Manage Subscription" button, from which you can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription.
If you can't log into your account, don’t worry. It’s likely because you made your purchase without registering. Simply create a new account using the same email address you used for your purchase. Once inside your personal area, you’ll be able to manage your subscription.
Can I request an invoice?
Sure. To receive an invoice, please send an email request to info@star-speedcameras.com at the time of purchase.
