1. Do packages expire? Is it a subscription?

No! Our packages never expire. Once purchased, you can use the speed cameras on your vehicle forever. You can choose whether to buy them as a one-time purchase or with a monthly subscription to stay automatically updated. You can select the option you prefer on the product page.

2. How can I manage or cancel my subscription? (if I chose this option)

You can manage your subscription directly from your personal account area. Log in at the following address:

Once inside, click the green "Manage Subscription" button: from there you can pause, resume, or cancel the subscription at any time.

Important note: If you cannot log in, you probably purchased as a guest without registering. Simply create a new account using the same email used for the purchase. Once done, the system will automatically link the data and you will be able to manage your subscription.

3. Is the procedure difficult?

No! Our guide allows you to install the speed cameras on your Mercedes by yourself, without any technical knowledge. It’s basically just a "copy-paste" operation into a regular USB stick, which you then insert into the car.

4. Does installing the speed cameras void the warranty?

Absolutely NOT! Your warranty is safe!

The display of third-party POIs on Mercedes MBUX systems is natively supported by the system itself. The procedure does not modify your car or the MBUX system; it simply displays the speed cameras on the map as regular points of interest.

5. If I can’t do it, can I contact you or get a refund?

Of course, you can contact us via email or the dedicated chat and we’ll provide all the support you need to solve any issues.

Refunds are not mandatory, as this is a digital product with instant download availability. However, if you really can't complete the process or bought it by mistake, contact us and provide a video proof of your good faith — we’ll be happy to offer a refund if warranted.

7. Which USB sticks are compatible?

Generally, any USB stick should work. Try using one you already have. Avoid using very old or very slow ones. You might need an adapter to connect the USB stick to your car.

If you need to buy one, we recommend this model, which features both the classic USB Type-A port for any computer and the USB Type-C port required to connect to your Mercedes.

8. Does the USB stick need to remain connected in the car?

Yes. Due to a limitation imposed by Mercedes on the MBUX system, the USB stick must remain connected while driving in order to display and receive speed camera alerts.

However, you can keep it inserted in the USB port inside the armrest, where it stays hidden and causes no inconvenience.

9. What are the shipping times for physical products?

Delivery times for physical products (USB sticks, adapters, etc.) usually range between 7 and 21 days from the moment of purchase. All shipments are trackable.

10. Can I request an invoice?
